After a week and a half I went from 242 lbs to 230 all because I have cut soda out of my diet ALMOST entirely and have made much more healthier decisions of what I eat throughout the day. ALSO I drink about 70 ounces of water a day so I’m sure that helps.
I am pleased. Sooo pleased!
I ended up sleeping in. I missed breakfast so I’m going to have a low, yet health lunch.
Low fat yogurt
Boiled egg
Small bowl of oatmeal
An orange
And a crisp cold bottle of water
Then Ill follow it up with a great jog on the treadmill while watching a good movie. I’m off to a great start I believe!
